Jesus Is God’s Voice

John 1:3 Through Him all things were made, and without Him nothing was made that has been made.

John 1:10 He was in the world, and though the world was made through Him, the world did not recognize Him.

1 Corinthians 8:6 …yet for us there is but one God, the Father, from whom all things came and for whom we exist. And there is but one Lord, Jesus Christ, through whom all things came and through whom we exist.

Colossians 1:16 For in Him all things were created, things in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or rulers or authorities. All things were created through Him and for Him.

Hebrews 1:2 But in these last days He has spoken to us by His Son, whom He appointed heir of all things, and through whom He made the universe.

Do believers really understand WHAT Jesus is? He WAS the Word of God before He became flesh. He was the WORDS Father Yah spoke to form creation. Jesus came to be (beget – came from) when Yah SPOKE, therefore, giving Jesus authority over creation before His blood was shed. Before the written word. That’s why Scripture says He was the firstborn of creation. His preeminence comes from being God’s Voice.

There is an awesomeness of that knowledge most refuse to comprehend or take to heart.

Hi, lady! How are you? How’re are your husband and children? I’ve read your thread East vs. West at the forum (how’s your hair, BTW?). I am enjoying the thread so much. Question for you: You mentioned our having access to “the ancient texts.” Are there particular versions of the bible to which you’re referring? If so, would you please share a link for reading or purchasing them? Thank you in advance. Take care! 🙂 ❤

    • Ancient texts: The Dead Sea Scrolls, the Septuagint (the OT in Greek), bunches of fragments of the NT in the Koine Greek (used to create the Textus Receptus), the Kolbrin Bible (contains the story of the Exodus from the Egyptian POV), The Book of Enoch (there are three versions of this one. The one called First Enoch is the best one), the Book of Yasher (the Upright), the Book of Jubilees, the Targum, the Mishnah, and the Peshitta. There are others, but they go into weirdness; definitely not for fresh believers. You can find nearly all of these in pdf form online.
