These Gentile wise men knew Scripture, which is why some believe Daniel had his own school, training them to look for signs in the heavens to announce the King of Israel and over all the Earth’s arrival.

Gentiles worshiped Yahshua as a toddler. Notice: Back then and today, you always brought a gift to kings or dignitaries when paying them a visit.
– The Beatitudes (Matthew 5:1-12, Luke 6:20-26) are the results of seeking after the Lord and His Instruction (or relying on the temporal as in Luke 6:24-26), not commands. These are similar to the rewards of the Overcomers in Revelation.

The transference of energy to heal someone or cast out entities weakened Jesus, because of both the corrupt flesh that He had dwelt in and the corruption of this existence. This is another reason why He went off alone to pray, to get recharge in Our Father’s love, to overcome by His Spirit (Zechariah 4:6). No prayer, no power—He continues the trend from the OT and sets the example for us all.
– 8:20 And Jesus said to him, “Foxes have holes and birds of the air have nests, but the Son of Man has nowhere to lay His head.”
Psalm 84:3 Even the sparrow has found a home, and the swallow a nest for herself, where she may lay her young— Even Your altars, O Lord of hosts, My King and my God.
Psalm 104:17 Where the birds make their nests; the stork has her home in the fir trees.
While I agree this is one of those count the cost-type passages, I also see it as my Savior missing home and wanting us to join Him there.
– 8:33-34 Then those who kept them fled; and they went away into the city and told everything, including what had happened to the demon-possessed men. And behold, the whole city came out to meet Jesus. And when they saw Him, they begged Him to depart from their region.Mark 5:16-17 And those who saw it told them how it happened to him who had been demon-possessed, and about the swine. Luke 8:37 Then the whole multitude of the surrounding region of the Gadarenes asked Him to depart from them, for they were seized with great fear. And He got into the boat and returned.

Those sinners chose to be with Yahshua, to listen to Him, to let His words enter their hearts.
– Chapter 9 12When Jesus heard that, He said to them, “Those who are well have no need of a physician, but those who are sick. 13But go and learn what this means: ‘I desire mercy and not sacrifice [1 Samuel 15:22, Hosea 6:6].’ For I did not come to call the righteous, but sinners, to repentance.”
– 12:7 “But if you had known what this means, ‘I desire mercy and not sacrifice,’ you would not have condemned the guiltless.”

God forbid if anyone comes to these place with spiritual power.
– 9:21 For she said to herself, “If only I may touch His garment, I shall be made well.”
– 14:36 and begged Him that they might only touch the hem of His garment. And as many as touched it were made perfectly well.
– 23:5 “All their deeds are done for men to see. They broaden their phylacteries and lengthen their tassels.”
Mark 6:56 Wherever He entered, into villages, cities, or the country, they laid the sick in the marketplaces, and begged Him that they might just touch the hem of His garment. And as many as touched Him were made well.
Malachi 4:2 But to you who fear My name the Sun of Righteousness shall arise with healing in His wings; and you shall go out and grow fat like stall-fed calves.
Numbers 15 38“Speak to the children of Israel: Tell them to make tassels on the corners of their garments throughout their generations, and to put a blue thread in the tassels of the corners. 39And you shall have the tassel, that you may look upon it and remember all the commandments of the Lord and do them, and that you may not follow the harlotry to which your own heart and your own eyes are inclined, 40and that you may remember and do all My commandments, and be holy for your God. 41I am the Lord your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt, to be your God: I am the Lord your God.”
Deuteronomy 22:12 “You shall make tassels on the four corners of the clothing with which you cover yourself.”
They actually touched the Tzitzit, the Fringes on the Prayer Shawl, which is symbolized as a wing.
– 10:13 “If the household is worthy, let your peace come upon it. But if it is not worthy, let your peace return to you.”
Luke 10:6 “And if a son of peace is there, your peace will rest on it; if not, it will return to you.”
John 14:27 “Peace I leave with you, My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.”
John 20:23 “If you forgive the sins of any, they are forgiven them; if you retain the sins of any, they are retained.”
Philippians 4:7 …and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.
Colossians 3:15 And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to which also you were called in one body; and be thankful.

Peace, shalom = completeness, wholeness, balance, well in mind and health. What we receive from the Lord, we should give to others. Amen.

Peace, shalom = completeness, wholeness, balance, well in mind and health. What we receive from the Lord, we should give to others. Amen.
