3Set a guard, O YHWH, over my mouth;
Keep watch over the door of my lips.
4Do not incline my heart to any evil thing,
To practice deeds of wickedness
With people who do wrong;
And may I not taste their delicacies.
5May the righteous strike me with mercy and discipline me;
It is oil for the head;
My head shall not refuse it,
For my prayer is still against their evil deeds.
23Search me, O Elohim, and know my heart;
test me and know my concerns.
24See if there is any offensive way in me;
lead me in the way everlasting.

Jeremiah 10:24 Correct me, O YHWH, but in justice; not in your anger, lest you bring me to nothing.
Psalm 19:12 Who can discern his own errors? Cleanse me from my hidden faults.
Psalm 19:13 Keep back Your servant also from presumptuous sins; Let them not have dominion over me. Then I shall be blameless, And I shall be innocent of great transgression.
Psalm 26:2 Test me, O YHWH, and try me; examine my heart and mind.
Psalm 6:1 and Psalm 38:1
O YHWH, do not rebuke me in Your anger, or discipline me in Your wrath.
