Thought Splatters (Plop!)

If you only want to hear the truth from the male sex then you will miss half the Word. YHWH split His attributes (nature) into two beings like Himself. Quit focusing on the physical and realize everyone is used to advance His Kingdom.

Every believer has moments of backsliding, whether or not it appears in the physical. Your soul involves the mind and what you imagine. Impure images and ideas can ruin the vessel He needs to operate through, so get clean (ask for forgiveness and cleansing) before approaching your King.

Contrary to popular belief, Torah still applies, but how it applies has changed. If Torah changes, then what is sin changes. Remember Jesus said He fulfilled Torah, not destroyed it. To fulfill in Matthew 5:17 means the completion of the will of God–Torah in the heart (soul), which causes the Spirit of Y’shua to reign in our bodies.

Why is the sexual union such a powerful influence in our lives? Since we are made in the image (nature, attributes) of God, reproduction is the only way we are able to create life similar to what He does. To distort this power turns people into beasts (ruled by the desire of the flesh).

The word heaven actually represents the spirit world in Scripture, therefore, what believers do in the physical, affects the spiritual. See Matthew 16:19, Matthew 18:18, Matthew 18:19, Matthew 21:25, John 20:23. So the phrase “…seek the things above where the Christ is…” (Colossians 3:1) means “seek operation in the spirit realm.”

The Bible’s definition of perfect does not mean flawless; it means mature or fully developed. When Paul wrote (literally) “…out from faith to faith, according to what has been written…” (Romans 1:17), it meant the increasing maturity into Christ’s righteous image and obsession with His Father’s desire.

Sorry to say this but God does not care about our opinions or desires outside of His. To become like His Son, we must adopt His desires and opinions (given in the spirit).

Being a good, little boy or girl does not guarantee salvation or blessings if we are operating outside of the ministry He assigned to you before you were created. Find out from Him what He actually wants always.

Persistence + consistence = diligence

Proper guidance + proper instruction ≈ proper understanding. An approximation symbol has to be used because we can see, hear, and do, but still not understand.

The enemy only goes after those truly doing the faith (obedient to His voice).

I do not care if people accept what I say or my opinion. My joy comes from making people think, going to Yah for clarification, and observing His work in them…and me.

The Biblical Symbolism of Male and Female

From the Wikipedia article: Names of God, also see Names of God in Judaism:

“A common title of God in the Hebrew Bible is Elohim (Hebrew: אלהים), as opposed to other titles of God in Judaism. The root Eloah אלה is a feminine noun, meaning goddess, also used in poetry and late prose (e.g., the Book of Job) and ending with the masculine plural suffix “-im” ים creating a word that indicates a plurality of both masculine and feminine essences, yet in a singular identity.”

The female symbolizes the soul (the operations of the heart and mind) and instruction:

motherhood=delivering good instruction
virgin or young woman=accepting good instruction
daughter=had been given good instruction
harlot=accepting bad instruction (heresy or idolatry)
adulteress=falling away from good instruction (apostasy)

The male symbolizes the spirit (what Yah operates through) and government (guidance):

fatherhood=delivering good guidance
young man=accepting good guidance
son or child=had been given good guidance
king=good guidance
beast=bad guidance
idolater, fornicator, or whoremonger=accepting or delivering bad guidance
leaven=influence, good or bad

The symbolism of Genesis 2:24 –the marriage covenant between a man and woman, between Y’shua and His Ecclesia–now becomes clearer. This is why fornication and homosexuality disgusts Yah; both distort His established order in the spirit realm (heaven), which, in turn, distorts the actions on the physical plane (earth).

What fornication has those who profess Christ committed? Submission to the tangible: what one experiences in the physical. Surrendering to what the world declares as good or evil instead of seeking Yah’s knowledge is sleeping with other lovers (authorities not ordained for you by God). One can even argue bestiality is politics, or the belief that man-led government is supposed to solve all problems.

How does homosexuality appear on the spiritual tip? Disobedience to the rules of discipleship (Matthew 16:24, Matthew 10:38, Luke 9:23, Mark 8:34, Mark 10:21, Luke 14:2627) causes a focus on self and what one thinks God wants (self-love, self-righteousness, selflessness for the praises of men). If we are to become like Christ, why worry about self-esteem? If we are to lay up treasures in heaven (in spirit), then why worry about money or power? If we are to be spirit-led, then why worry about religions, governments or corporations? If we are called to lay down our lives for the Evangel and the Body, then why worry about what men think? If we are called to love, then why not ask Him how we are to do that?

We cannot continue to simply focus on what is wrong with the world unless we, the Body, examine and clean up what is wrong in us. Throughout the Bible, we see Yah separating out a remnant of true believers over and over again. Given the state of the world and the lack of change in the churches, this is happening right now. Choose who you will serve and, as always, do not believe a word I or anyone says; seek the Lord for His truth and stay seeking. Amen.

A YHWH-Filled Morning

About a week ago, the spouse had a dream. He took a math test and received a D+. Math (his spiritual life) was a subject he hated in school (doctrine) due to crappy teachers (church and religion). This was the reason (fruit) for his low, yet not failing, grade (the extent of his operation in the spirit) When I told him the meaning, he grumbled about not hearing from God and wanting to follow concrete instruction like he had received in the military—an old complaint.

Jump in time to this very early morn. The spouse had had a dream that stuck in his mind. He was inside a large, beautiful church with a bare smattering of people in the pews. It was impressed upon him that he was there to get instruction on what to do.

The interpretation popped into my head: the spouse’s fixation on the tangible is interfering with his spirit taking control. The church symbolized his mind and heart—his soul. His inside (the inner man, Christ within you) is ready for use, but very little spiritually is happening (the few in the pews). The Lord wants to give the spouse instruction if the spouse approaches Him the right way.

This led to a discussion on the template of worship being found in the rituals and other works of the Levitical priesthood. I also reminded him that the Lord’s Prayer was another pattern that we all should use when we submit verbally (or mentally) to Him. He reluctantly agreed and told me to write it down, since he was falling back to sleep.

Lying in bed, I pondered about God’s will and desire, saying aloud twice, “God’s will and desire will be done,” for some unknown reason. I dozed off and had a weird, short dream. A huge, dark dot for a head was wearing a v-neck shirt. It was doing something with its hands, so the dream zoomed in on that. It was coloring its paper-white hands and fingers with a dark brown marker.

I woke up wonder what that dream meant. After returning to pondering about the Lord, I napped out again. In this one, I thought I was making coffee in the spouse’s coffeemaker. I took the large cup and poured it into my gallon pitcher, full of black tea. I realized I was actually making iced tea and then woke up. The simple meaning of both dreams hit me a minute later: the Father gave me a job to do (write this blog entry, some stray thoughts in another file, and a rough draft of “A Template for Worship” for the spouse) therefore get on it. Message received and amen.

I had meant to write it all at once, but the internet called out to me. In the time wasted, I could have written both in no time. The Father interceded by freezing my computer. He is so funny; I love that about Him…LOL!

Addendum to “Who Is This Rock”?

Last year I posted Puzzling Passages Made Plain: Part 2 – Who Is “This Rock”? and thought the matter had been settled. Well, the Father was not settled on the issue and some new information came to light.

Christ did not say, “It’s on you, Peter, that I will build my church…”

He said: “It is on THIS rock that I will build my church.”

What the word THIS means is the key. He was referring to Peter’s statement as to Who He was—the Messiah. It had never been said by any disciple before.

The whole conversation He had with His disciples was about two questions he asked all of them: “Who do men say I am?” vs. “Who do YOU say I am?” Everyone spoke on the first part, but Peter was the only one that actually spoke on the second.

The THIS statement from the Father through Peter is the stone of truth (THE ROCK FOR THE CHURCH’S FOUNDATION).

This is also the first demonstration of how Yah should operate through us…just like He did Peter (which is Hebrew for firstling).

Peter understood the meaning very well when he described the Ecclesia as “lively (alive in Christ) little stones (as he was and we are today, giving Yah’s nuggets of truth like Christ did, showing Christ within us).”

Thought Splatters (Drip-Drop!)

Without prayer and worship, reading the Bible is no better than analyzing a piece of literature and that is subjective.

One day you realize that we no longer need symbols, but we, in the Body of Messiah, become His symbols to the rest of the world. See Matthew 5:13-16, 2 Corinthians 5:20.

Many things that either happen to us or that we do are symbolic of something Yah wants us to see. Do we have the ability to discern them properly?

What is translated “religion” in the English Bibles actually should say either “superstition,” “worship” or “service to God.”

The Strong’s Concordance was created to help people find the Hebrew and Greek words in the King James Bible, not as a word study book alone. Books showing the etymology and variations (such as verb tense) of words are still required. Also, the ancients spoke in idioms and metaphors like we do today, so the meaning of phrases have to be sought out as well. Thank the Lord for the Holy Spirit’s guidance.

Going to church is pointless for children if parents do not worship the Father with them in a family setting, preferably daily.

People recite, “Thy will be done,” but who actively seeks his supernatural will and does it?

In the Greek, sozo means both “to save (rescue from danger)” and “to heal.”

Why should the world take us seriously when the Body is not walking in His supernatural power?

It took three-and-a-half years for Jesus to train His future apostles. If adult believers still have to learn about sin, repentance, and/or submission to Yah’s desires beyond four years, then the Holy Spirit has not baptized them yet.

Quit limiting God! He works as He chooses to in whomever He chooses, even non-believers.

Minister to the Lord before you minister to others, or you will get caught up in your own self-righteousness.

The world is sick and getting sicker. Why? The Body of Yeshua is sick and getting sicker. Until the so-called church understands this judgment and persecution are the only rewards.

Admonishment

Have you ever heard your spirit cry? I have and will never forget it.

Have you ever heard the Holy Spirit warn you that if you do not stop a certain activity you know you should not be doing you will die? I have and stopped, though the residuals haunt me to this very day due to prolonged disobedience.

Have you ever had the Father shout, “Pray” so strongly that the word vibrated within you? During an illness and very little praying it happened to me. It took the first echo to comprehend the word it was so powerful.

Have you ever been told by the Father that, “This vessel (you) is not good?” Lack of prayer and worship cause this to occur to me.

Have you ever felt the Holy Spirit leave your body? I have, a cold, suddenly empty sensation that started in the chest, chilling me to my core. The shivering in the middle of a summer night had me groping for warmth. Avoid at all costs.

Have you ever heard Him call your name with gentle authority, freezing you in your tracks? I am glad He did because my body and mind were headed towards a very bad place.

Have you ever been told, “You are a horrible parent,” and shown exactly what you did wrong? Several times I have and regret each and every one.

Have you ever engaged in pointless streams of thought or daydreams, only to have them interrupted repeatedly by bad or stupid memories, or the same physical distraction occurring too frequently to be coincidence? Some people use entertainment, drugs, sex, etc. to escape reality; I use my imagination. This is one of my great failings that He has to snap me out of sometimes.

Thank you, Lord of spirits, for Your correction. My heart sings for joy at Your ability to read my soul and deliver supernaturally what I need. I understand the only reason You cut me a break is my obsession for Your truth. Your love for those passionate about serving You is so very patient. Children of the Most High, see how great His loving-kindness is! Amen.

Literal translations

Ephesians 5:20 Giving thanks at all times, for all of the things in the name of the Lord of us, Jesus Christ, to Him Who is God and Father.

1 Thessalonians 5:16-18 At all times, rejoice; without pause, pray; in everything, give thanks. This indeed is the desire of God in Christ Jesus toward you.

Psalm 34:1c I will bless Yahweh at all times; I shall continually have His praise in my mouth.

Thought Splatters – Be Wary!

Did anyone notice the similarities and foreshadowed contrasts between Hannah and Mary’s situations?

To truly honor Mary, we must do as she did—become a vessel of honor always ready for the Master to use (2 Timothy 2:20-21, Romans 9:20-22).

Are you still trying to appease Yah through religion and good works, or seeking His supernatural direction and doing it?

Ponder and rejoice in the brilliance of the Father’s ways; the connecting intricacies of the symbols and stories in Scripture will never be completely discovered by man or the adversary.

Believe it or not, the translators got bored and weary plus had their own agendas, leading to mistakes, weird word choices, multiple synonym used, and self-righteous alterations. They also did not comprehend everything they wrote (like the scribes in Yeshua’s day), which caused some meanings to be lost (and rediscovered). Praise You, Father, that You hide things from those who rely on their own intellect or the knowledge of men and reveal them to the unschooled and the humbled vessels.

The flesh and the carnal are not evil for He said His creation was good. The purpose of refinement comes through how, through His will, we handle being in this existence.

The gifts of the Spirit are the tools used to produce the fruits of the Spirit. The fruits are needed to feed (raise up) the maturing ones in Christ.

Do people into religion ever wonder if God get bored or annoyed with their works, practices, and rituals? Do they ever let Him lead them the way He wants to worship or service? Do they ever ask Him what He wants?

Every time in Scripture we see someone taken to His Throne, they return with a lesson for believers. The Man-child in Revelation taken to His Throne by Him symbolizes the people He is now and will be training outside of man’s religious system (the woman, the man-child’s mother, represents the church).

Notice that during the ancient Passover they placed (Christ’s actions/teaching) the lamb’s blood (Christ’s life/sacrifice) on the doorposts (the ears) and the lintel (the eyes/mind).

Remember always to take everything to the Lord in prayer and wait for the answer.

Two Simple Questions

I sang to the Father, “How can I love you?”

He answered, “Fidelity.”

“How am I to worship you?”

He guided me to a book, a (now defunct) webpage, and a set of CDs.

An Alternate View of the Wheat and Tares Parable Explanation

I had prayed to Yah, asking Him for something to post in this blog. The Father placed this inside my mind:

Matthew 13

36Then He left the crowds and went into the house. And His disciples came to Him, saying, “Explain to us the parable of the weeds of the field.”

We lack understanding without His Holy Spirit within us.

37He answered, “The one who sows the good seed is the Son of Man.”

The one who sows is a messenger of the Messiah.

38“The field is the world, and the good seed is the sons of the kingdom.”

The field is your carnal life and the good seed is the Word of Yah.

“The weeds are the sons of the evil one, 39and the enemy who sowed them is the devil.”

The weeds are false instructions and distractions. The enemy is self (or the focus on self).

“The harvest is the close of the age, and the reapers are angels.”

The harvest is when you receive your glorified bodies.

40“Just as the weeds are gathered and burned with fire, so will it be at the close of the age.”

The weeds, worldly influence, will be destroyed by the trials of life.

41“The Son of Man will send his angels, and they will gather out of His kingdom all causes of sin and all law-breakers, 42and throw them into the fiery furnace. In that place there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.”

Those who do not allow the weeds to be removed (come to maturity) will suffer anguish and regret.

43“Then the righteous will shine like the sun in the kingdom of their Father.”

The righteous will reflect the Light of Christ evermore.

“He who has ears, let him hear.”

Is your spirit being fed by Him (His Word delivered into you)?

Amen.

Thought Splatters (Boom!)

A way to test godly elderhood is if they lead young believers towards Him and/or His will but avoid elevating anyone or themselves in the Body into a hierarchy (Matthew 20:25-28, Mark 10:42-45, Luke 22:25-27). They will help babes in Christ into maturity along with them (Matthew 10:25, Luke 6:40)

The nine Gifts of the Spirit (1 Corinthians 12:8-10) can also be called the Tools or Instruments of the Spirit. Through believers, the Master uses them to accomplish His desires. A person can have as few as one or manifest all nine (1 Corinthians 12:11), but the more one has, the more trials one will have to go through to make sure the Tools are used correctly.

Is anyone supposed to achieve wealth and fame by using Jesus’ name or His words? Jesus did not, nor did His disciples. Whenever this topic comes up, the first thing that comes to mind is Matthew 7:21-23.

When the Evangel is being spread correctly, there will be persecution and a drastic change in the society toward the Living Word. Ponder that, those who live in the West.

The Torah represents the physical symbol of the will of the Father. Even given His will, men failed to follow it time and time again. Why? To show that without His implantation of faith, it is impossible to do, let alone know it fully. This is why the phrase “written in your hearts” is repeated throughout Scripture.

The adversary is only dangerous to those who choose to be deceived. To those who seek and trust His will over their own, wisdom and knowledge is the reward.

I do not want judgment to fall, but I understand why it has to. He has to “scatter the sheep” to shake their obsession with the physical out of them and turn their hearts towards Him.

Yeshua did not do away with the Ten Commandments; He gave the spiritual meanings of them, instead. He also did not change what sin was, but taught that through Him it could be overcome.

Faith involves obeying what He tells you, not what you perceive He wants.

Dictionaries define religion as a set of beliefs; the Kingdom of YHWH is an order of directives given by the King of kings Himself, both physically and spiritually. See John 14:15, John 14:21, John 14:23, John 15:10, 2 John 1:6, 3 John 1:3, 3 John 1:4, 1 John 5:3 Religion says, “Do this and be saved.” The King says, “Seek the Kingdom (Me) and be saved.” See Matthew 6:33, Luke 12:31, Luke 13:24 and An Important Rhetorical Question.

The Biblical definition of hope is confident expectation. Hope is a firm assurance regarding things that are unclear and unknown in the flesh (Romans 8:24-25; Hebrews 11:1 and 7). Hope is a fundamental component in the life of the righteous (Proverbs 23:18). Our hope is aimed towards the spiritual, rather than the physical (Colossians 1:5, Colossians 1:27, 2 Timothy 4:8, 1 Thessalonians 2:19, 1 Peter 1:21, Ephesians 1:18). Without hope, life loses its meaning (Lamentations 3:18, Job 7:6) and in death (physical or spiritual) there is no hope (Isaiah 38:18, Job 17:15).
